photoshop actions

Hey guys, I have been playing around with making my own action in PS7 which will make a nice matte and frame around a picture. It involves several steps, however, I did write it down to remember the "recipe". I'm sure some smart person here knows where that little action file is saved so that I can merely copy it and email it to a friend, no? Can someone point me to the path and directory please?

Open PS then open your action palette if it's not allready open. click on the action you want (do them one at a time if theres more than one) so it's highlighted, then at the top right of the palette is the little arrow in the circle click that to get the drop down menu, from that pick save action, then a browser box will open, I suggest you save to desktop and save as the default .atn. This will save your action to the desktop.
