I took this photo on a cold day and I had to work fast. I am not happy with the light on the left side of the face. I tried to edit in PS but it does not look natural any ideas of how to fix it? You can't fix it, all the highlights on his right side are blown out. A scrim probably could have fixed it.
maybe try just leaving the baby in color, or just the baby's brightblue eye's or only the families eye. I don't think it look bad, blow out on the left face is the only part that is troublesome. However I think they should like it looks good, cute pose, I like it.
Thank you for the nice comments nolatome. I tried differednt variations of selective color on that one I liked this one the best because it separted them from the background. EOS- what tool did you use Clone? I have tried to clone, darken and many others and can't get it to look natural. They were very happy with the photograph. I took others that did not have that problem but they really liked this one.
