Forgive me if this has already been discussed, I didn't see it posted.

Adobe Photoshop Touch | The new tablet app for creative photo editing

Bad idea or good idea? In terms of revenue for Adobe, it's definitely a smart move. It's also more versatile and capable of improving snapshots vs something like Instagram. I suspect it is much easier to use than the full version of photoshop (not to mention much cheaper) but yields decent results.

The Bad: We already have p&s "pros"... does this encourage people to become cell phone pros? Adobe even markets this as a professional tool ("apply professional effects").

Anyone messed with the new app? What kind of impact do, if any, do you think this will make?

I have it on my iPad but I confess I haven't used it much. One of it's restrictions is that it has a max resolution size. If you import an image, it resamples it to the max resolution permitted (which I *think* is 12 megapixels.)
