Hi guys,



I'm using Photoshop CS3, and this is a new, weird problem for me. When I saved an image as a JPEG (full quality), and uploaded it, and viewed it in firefox... I noticed the contrast is much lower than I edited to be. So I did a side by side...and I was right. When I open the jpeg in photoshop, the contrast is how it should be. Any help?

use the save for web dialogue box rather than straight save. Make sure ICC profile is ticked, and click the little right arrow next to the preset selector and select convert to srgb from the dropdown menu.

If after this you still notice a difference then your monitor colour profile in photoshop is incorrect and it's a quite detailed process to change it so it may be worth googleing for "photoshop colour management" to get the full how to on setting it up.
