Photostation doesn't always happen as planned

Ran a photo station not long back - decided to use the back wall of the barn as the backdrop rather than dropping in a white background or something. It was a risk, but I'm happy with how it went.

So, as a reminder: go with your gut sometimes, you don't always need to follow your preconceptions.

I love the tones in these photos, my work monitor may be a bit off, but it looks like a muted sepia, beautiful.

That is such a different feel that it would have it had a drop in the background. I personally love it but it really depends on what the occasion is or atmosphere is you are trying to establish.
