I would say Rome or Athens

Closer to home are cities like Quebec, Lunenberg, Victoria or industrial towns like Sydney (Nova Scotia) or Sudbury. But to pick only one would be Florence since I've not been there yet or Budapest for the same reason.

Probably Monaco, Paris, or Geneve.

I'd like to blindly throw a dart at my world map on the wall and shoot where it lands. If it hits water, I go to the closet piece of land.

I liked this idea. But I would probably say Rome or Athens as well.
