The only question in my mind was the stance of the person - it doesn't look like a standing stance - more sitting I'd think, and in that it raises a little question in my mind about what the person was doing. However, Your vantage point makes this shot work as we identify with the dog. Now, how'd you get the pup to ignore you?

Thanks, she was standing. But her knees were bent as she was leaning down to grab the ball.
