Please help a newbie!

Hi guys im new here and i was wondering if you guys could help me out with you opinion. I new a very good camera to take awesome pictures but i cant decide between the Cannon Powershot s3is or between the Sony Cybershot DSC-N2. For me i am more concerned with picture quality rather than the size of the camera. please help.

i had the cybershot and it was a nice camera.
