please Help me LOL!

Check on your camera to see what colorspace it is using to save images.

Maybe it's like your avatar. All that orangeish color cast is from using a sunlight white balance setting with a tungsten light source.

ok so i finally got to play around with my computer yesterday. I converted source space to srgb ie61966-2.1, destination space and work flow options. Also changed my resolution to 300ppi. I made some edits to my first photo saved it and now its coming out almost over done. its seems now my edits arent matching the final product.... What the heck am i doing wrong now

HOW did you convert your source space to srgb?

And are you shooting and processing raw images or jpegs?

just clicked on it and it gives me a few different scroll down choices.. Not sure if thats the answer you were looking for
Raw images

Raw images

When you open an image in Adobe Camera Raw there is a blue hyper link at the bottom. Click it. Change your colorspace to srgb. Once you change it you won't have to change it for every image. The setting remains till you change it again

Raw images

there are a couple of things that are up in the air.

Under what menu selection, did you make that choice?
In the Raw Converter or in Photoshop?

When you say they are 'coming out almost overdone', coming out as a print, as an image on the web, in your monitor? what?

i did change that in the blue hyper link and it has stayed the same..
I made the change in both raw converter and photoshop. its coming out overdone on the monitor it looks one way once completed in photoshop and once i view it in the image browser it seems like the edit has to much done to it.. basically photoshop did show me how much the changes were taking place.

You aren't converting correctly, but your very vague answers aren't helping us to help you.
Open your image in Adobe Camera Raw. Make sure it's set to srgb in the link at the bottom. Open photoshop with nothing open in it, go to EDIT>Color Settings
and make it match this:

I got to take a quick look yest morning when I got home from work and the only thing that was different where the 3 boxes that needed check marks. I checked them all and tried saving photo again Samething. When I did open it up the more options tab opened as well I'm wondering if its something in those settings? I'm sorry for my vague questions/response a lot of this is new to me and as much as I read and try to understand it its all still like a foreign language. I really appreciate the time and effort.
