Please help with this purchase!

I just wanted to get ya'lls opinion on this purchase. Do you think I am paying too much or just right. Everything is in near mint condition. The camera only has some light brassing where the neck strap connects. Please be honest and let me know what you think. The main reason for purchasing this camera is because my dad bought one as his first camera in 1975 and I wanted to do the same. Here is a list of what I will get for $400. Thanks.

I'd say it's a fair price! If everything is as mint as you describe it, go for it. Good luck.

All that stuff would cost about $500 from a reputable used dealer, but it would include a warranty/return policy. I think $400 is an okay deal, but not a good deal. $300 or less would be a good deal.
