I REALLY need to know how to make this effect on my photo? do I have to download certain plug-in or is it camera making it?

That was made by 2 cameras, side by side.

One camera took the cyan image and the other the magenta image.

That kind of image is viewed with special glasses that make it look 3-D.

It can be done in Photoshop using layers. It's not a simple process. What does your image look like? Can you post it?
