Please HELP!

Hi!
Would anybody please help me to place a couple of photos in this forum? They a really nice but I have some technical problems. In other words I just dont know how to do it!

Do you already have a 3rd party host? If not, sign up for PhotoBucket.com or Smugmug.com, and upload your photos there. Then from there, you copy the URL of each picture into here. Make sure they are in IMG tags (I know photobucket puts them in for you)...it should look like this

OR...you can skip the third party hosting hassle and subscribe, and then you can upload directly to this site.
