This column is at one of the side porticos of St Jacob's church in Friedberg, Bavaria. I wanted to try out a lens I picked up on ebay (Auto Revuenon f1.4, 50mm) and some new film. The very front of the plinth is admittedly a little soft but I'm very happy with the colour and lighting in general, and with the isolation of subject.

The color is certainly interesting. However, I'm not sure I understand what the image is conveying.

I looked up your camera, seems neat! I would like to see what else you end up doing with it :thumbup:
 
I would expect more detail especially from the front corner. It looks like it's cropped too tight and it's out of plumb.
