Polaroid 35mm Film

Can others edit my Photos

My step-dad is a graphic designer and he was telling me about how he worked with a photographer once who used a super slow 35mm Polaroid film (like 20 ASA) which, after you had finished a roll, you could take out the film and run it through a "roller" which would develop the film instantly, and the film would come out the other side as a positive slide.

I found a roller on eBay here:

But I cannot find the film anywhere. Has anyone even heard of this film, or better yet, know where I can find it?

Polachrome is what you're thinking of. It's still made. Mostly for the scientific market.
 
All I remember about that sh*t is that it was very fragile...scratches worse that a moggy with fleas!
Don´t worry about it...get some decent film.
 
Thanks for your suggestion, I think I might buy a roll for the hell of it. Thanks so much Max Bloom - I couldn't find anything on the intranetz.
