A very proud and Gracious man.
I was at his company for further training for 1 week.
On many occassions he took me aside and explained his views on Business and sales, I hung on every word as who can argue with successs. If every business was run the way his is, the world would be much improved. He calls his employee's his children. They all get bonuses based on profit. The average employe has been with him for 15yrs.
To show my gratitute I thought I would send him a framed photograph. Before printing I thought I would run it past the good folks here. All comments good, bad, or improvements are appreaciated.
