Photos NOT OK to edit
What do I include? How many pictures? What do I put it in? Should I make all the photos black and white? How do I orgizine them???

Im new to proffessional photography and am trying for a more professional job and need a portofolio. Pictures of yours would be great. I have no clue what Im doing!

What job are you going for?
What sort of work do they do?
What sort of work do you do?
If you are just starting out then put in the pictures you are most confident about and you think are your strongest.
People will either like your work or they won't. Part of becoming a professional is learning to live with this. You can't be all things to all people.
Alternatively you could try for a job as an assistant and learn the professional side of things before trying to make it on your own.

I think what Hertz said is very important. The format of your portfolio depends on what kind of job you are trying to get.

What job are you going for? Just your basic in store photo person
What sort of work do they do? Alot of childrens, family and graduation photos
What sort of work do you do? I do alot of kids photography

My main question is:
How many photos should go in? What size should they be?
Size is my main question now!

10 photos 8x10. Your very strongest work.

most folks get tried of looking at photos, especially if they tend to repeat themselves.

put them in a nice professional binder.
