My brother and his fiance had a really nice snapshot.

That is too nice of a photo to be a "snapshot" .

You also said you didn't take the photo and it is against forum rules to post photos that are not yours. Asking other photographers to edit a photo that is not yours is even worse.

They should be asking the friend that made the snapshot, that is, if they want to keep that friend.

While the friend gave them the "random" picture, your brother should ask if the friend is interested to modify the image or to sell a license to the image that allows modification and printing by your brother or person he so selects.
