Hopefully I can join you here soon. I'll be looking to pick up a 31 sometime just after Christmas, as well as a 77 ltd. 1.8 and a 15 Ltd. Right now though I'm getting along with my 35 2.4

The 31 is on a couple of people's top 3 best lenses ever list and those guys never made clear what the order was. Apparently it was designed back when Pentax was collaborating with one of the famous German lens makers, and its actually a Pentax branded version of that lens. The other good thing about this lens, it's an FF lens so when Pentax comes out with their FF body, March of 2014 or sooner, it will have one of the best lenses ever made waiting for it.
