Posting photos as upload-a-file broken

Donno exactly what's going on, but "upload a file" option just stopped working.

It worked for me just now.

I figured it out. I had another tab open to Google Calendar which had an unacknowledged notification, and apparently with that alert sitting there unacknowledged it prevented the browser from drawing the dialogue box for the upload.
