Posting pix - pink error box?

Hello - I was attempting to load several pictures onto one of my albums, and was able to load a couple, but one picture in particular loads to 90%, then I get the error box popup, saying
"You do not have permission to create album.
DSC_0021a - Copy.jpg"

Weird...it's not even a very big photo...and the system is allowing me to load other pix, just not that one. Help!???

Hmmm...lemme try loading the pic here....nope - security error this time. sigh....it's just a wee jpg...

This is the image - but shrunk down considerably. I had posted the image on my facebook page, and lifted it to try posting it here - it went through (obviously) with no issues....grrrrr. Wish I knew what the issue is with that image.
