I find the background of this image really distracting. The really bright white behind her head/shoulders cut through her head and disrupts a little bit. The exposure on her face is really god, but the clothes seem a little overexposed. Also, her expression, while good, looks a little fake/forced.

I would prefer if the dark/light line in the background didn't intersect her head...but other than that...it's a great photo of a pretty girl. Not much else to say.

I like the photograph, like others mentioned, the background is pretty interesting and contrasty even though you blurr it out. lol. It's a good photograph but just watch the background next time around.
