pricing for a starting photographer

i've been hired to do some photos of a community for their marketing campaign, and they want to pay me per photo chosen. however, i am going to charge a flat fee weekend/day rate and then for each additional photo selected.

i was thinking $200 per weekend, and $30 per photo selected. does this seem reasonable, since i am still in school (though my final year, and i have worked in the industry before)?
