Problem with my DSLR

Hi!
Today I noticed that my DSLR (Canon 600D / T3i) has a problem.
In video mode, there is a kind of interference. What could this be?

In manual mode, the interference persists but is less visible.

It looks like a sync problem to me. Does it appear on the camera rear view and also on the file when you look at it later on the computer?
In any case it's back to the shop for the camera.
