I think I would try removing the pole from #4. That looks like a sculpture. #3 is also very good. This pruning technic is called pollarding. I would to see a picture of how they look during the season.

#3 reminds me of people reaching up to the sky, or something. Pretty cool...I'd have to say that's my fave.
