What is it you like about that particular shot? The green cast in the highlights? The soft saturation,.. the grain?

Please don't say the flare.

It's mostly the grain and the way it gives a film effect...i've tried with my photos but haven't come near as close as it looks on his...almost grunge like, but not so much.

OK,.. I see - Well you could always make a PS challenge out of it with one of your shots.

High ISO, hard light, weird color cast (maybe a little decrease in saturation), deep blacks....
