Publication Name

Can someone tell me the name of the publication that list all the places that will buy freelance photos? I know there is one for photographers and another one for writers.

I think you are thinking of Photographer's Market. They put out one every year. But in all honesty, when I was freelancing, I didn't find it to be all that helpful. The book that Abraxas links to will probably do you more good.
