Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
This is the photo: http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c206/chantal7/Photography/IMG_1475.jpg

I am looking at the image properties using opera, and I found the shutter speed says: -4.64386

The shutter speed I used was 25 seconds; Is there a way I can calculate this to 25 seconds? The only way I know that is because I still had the photo on my camera. I have older photos that I would like to figure out what shutter speed it is, but I don;t know how to do the math ;) If you could help me out that would be awesome. This is probably more simple than I think.
