Question about property release forms

We own a construction company and are getting ready to set up a website for this company. We want to include before, during & after shots of the projects that we have done/do.
Are we required to have the clients of those projects sign a property release form in order to put those photos on the website?

Well, buildings or property are not copyrightable related to photography, so I do not see a need for property release forms, unless there are some surprises in law related to your individual location.
