Question about slide film

I have a Canon Eos Elan 7e which I would like to start using again. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if slide film is still being used and if anyone has recommendations about where to send it to be developed.

Yes, slide film is still being used. Fuji has several good films and Kodak still markets
some of their Ektachromes. Kodachrome is no longer available or processable.

At B&H photo, you will see a good selection alomg with the processing mailers.

"Slide" film (also known as positive) is alive and well.

Try picking up a photography magazine, or just go to Barnes & Nobles. In the back should be some ads for people who do development. It's fairly cheap if you find the right lab....
