I have downloaded 3000 imaged from my canon 5D mark II into eos utility. I can't open them up in photo gallery or my pictures. How can i transfer those images to my pictures or photo gallery?

If you shot Raw, The only way to open them in My Pictures,, is to open all the files In Canon's Digital Photo Professional (DPP) and then convert them to JPEG's Windows ( without a power toy) can't show Raw images

Did you shoot in RAW or JPEG? I'm assuming that this is on a PC because of the MY PICTURES comment? If they are in raw format then yes you need an app that will read a canon raw file (photoshop' Lightroom and bridge are what I use)
