Would you trade a D70 with €300 for a D100 with a battery grip. Same resolution, 6.1MP but D100 is much better quality, or hold out 2 months for a D80?

Option B, hold out for a D80 or something else. There will always be other deals and offers and it's better to take your time with these decisions.
