Quick Student Survey - How do you like your prints?

I'm looking for a few photographers to take this quick survey for my marketing class at university. It's just 10 questions, and they are super quick. Not as fast as the Census, but almost.

I just want to know how you guys prefer to get your prints done, and if there might be room in the market for better photo printing services.

Preferred method of printing should allow more than 1 choice. Sometimes I prefer to oreder online and have them delivered, sometimes I go drop them off or use the in-store machine.
