i think, that you shouldn't have taken the road and the fence, the top of the stadium would be suffice. and i think maybe you could have stopped at the electricity pole

try cropping it and see if its better

i've played around with it a little, but it just doesn't do it for me on any level. the building is ugly, the clouds aren't that great either

I give it a 3, there are a lot of great elements in the photo, but there is simply too much going on.
