RAW editor?

Hey guys. In the market for a new editing program. I've tried after shot 3 and didn't really like it. I use the stock canon program normally but want some better control with noise, shadows, etc. What should I look at? I have a canon 80d and a Sony rx100vi.

Hmm, some would say get Adobe Photoshop ... or Luminar 3 ... or Lightrooom ... or Capture One ... or ON1 Photo Raw.

I have the Adobe LR/PS/ACR suite and I love it. I use Camera Raw almost exclusively.
