RAW format?

This is a little confusing to me. The softwear that came with my camera has a process RAW image option but I can't seem to find any reference in the manual or any setting on the camare.

My cam is a Canon PowerShot S3 IS

Does anyone know if there a way to set RAW format on my camera or does my camera not support it?

The software they send with that camera is generic sent out with a lot of their cameras... the S3 IS doesn't shoot in RAW mode... no worries, it is a great camera.

I got software that supports RAW with my new A710AS even though it doesn't shoot RAW either.
