RAW Tutorials?

I've been shooting RAW for a while now, but I feel like I'm still not using it to it's full potential. I feel like I'm getting decent results but there's images I think I could make even better if I knew more about all the settings in the Adobe RAW window. So... I'm sure this has been covered here at some point (although a search on "RAW tutorials" only yields some pissed off CS2 owner) but can someone point me to a very in-depth RAW tutorial?

RAW is a file format. You won't find a file format specific tutorial. Best to set your search on something specific like Lightroom tutorial, or CameraRAW tutorial. There is all sorts of information out there, some of which I find quite debatable. Like the very first link google comes up with when searching "CameraRAW tutorial" states "you should always use prophoto for it's larger gamut" which is a load of crap.

http://www.aguntherphotography.com/ that site has a 4 part tutorial on RAW editing. Again some factually erroneous information, but a great place to start.
