Re-editing an old photo with Aurora HDR 2018

Just thought I would show one of my very first HDR photos I edited in Photoshop years ago compared to this re-edit of this photo with Aurora HDR 2018.

Yikes! While I do think the contrast could be bumped up a bit in the first, the re-edit is way to far for my taste. Too much contrast and the colours pushed too far makes it not look natural at all.

Somewhere in between these two extremes is a really great photo.

The contrast and the vibrance really pops out. Nice photos, I like them both. =]

Here is a more in-between edit. But honestly if you didn't see the first photoshop edit you would have never known what color the rocks were.

I still think my first Aurora HDR 2018 edit is still in the realm of (natural) the colors are not pushed too far for me.
