Like several other threads below me, I posted my "intro" in the beginners section.
Anyways, my name is Sean and I have been wanting to develop a photography hobby for some time now and I just got my first "good" camera. Sony A100. Got a great deal through an accomodation program at work.
So I'll be lurking for a while trying to soak up some knowledge about photography in general and some of the various setting on my camera (which I know very little about).
I'll be around!
