Hello everyone , I am a retired professional and photo enthusiast. Over the years I have had a photo business , weddings, engagements ,potriats and events. I am looking to enter the Real Estate Photo end of things. My biggest question at this time is , how much liability insurance should I carry ? Is the insurance sometimes covered under some umbrella that the real estate agency already has ?? Thanks , John
I would not suggest you depend on any other organizations insurance, ever. On the other hand the risk is very low for you here.
Check with local brokers and see if they have requirements for the contractors (ie, photographers) that they hire.
