Rebel T7 to Mirrorless EOS R100 lens adapter questions

Looking at doing this entry level upgrade to mirrorless as my T7 is on it's way out. I was looking at the adapter that will enable use of EF and EF-S lenses that I already have on this RF mirrorless camera.

R10 is $879 USD

R50 is $629 USD

R100 is $429 USD

Is the R10 noticeably superior for capturing birds during flight?
