I like these! Alot.

Would you share your set up for #2 in terms of metering and finishing? I've been studying Landcape a bit and would like to learn as much as I can.

All are very similar:

Shot in Av at f/8 using evaluative metering. I'll normally check histogram after I take the shot to check exposure. The first was reshot at +0.67EV to just clip highlights but the others weren't.
Post-processing is mainly just with Brightness/Contrast layers in Photoshop, using its automatic masking to split between light and dark regions. Hue/Saturation layers were used on the first two to shift the Cyans towards Blue (+6-7 only though) and to reduce saturation in the last one.
