recommended flashgun for Olympus Trip 35??

hi there just wondering if anyone has any idea what a good flashgun is to use with the Olympus Trip 35?

Just browsing the forums with a coffee and found your post

Sadly my Trip35 doesn't get the use it should but on the odd occasion I load it with film and require a flash my old Vivitar 2500 does the job adequately enough for my requirements

You'd think most flash units with the same shoe fit should be ok to be honest but I haven't actually used any other types of flash on it so have nothing to compare it to

Good to hear your Trip is still in use and taking pics :thumbup:, mine has become a bit of an ornament lately :blushing:

Just make sure the flash unit has it's own meter. Other than that, it hopefully has an instruction manual unless you're an old pro.
