Is there any qualitative difference between:
1 Shooting with a red filter (with a DSLR) and converting to black and white via red channel and monochrome
or
2 Changing the red channel level on a regular color shot and changing to monochrome?
I know red filter are used for film, but is there any reason to use them on digital, besides getting immediate feedback?
Thanks for any info.
