Reflections

Got up at 4:00 AM for the sunrise at an iconic spot, but morning clouds pulled a trick on me and kept the light from hitting the ridge I was aiming for... Luckily, after a 10 hour wait in -10ºC , I was able to make a couple shots that saved the day... Not what I went there for, but I had to bring anything home...

I really like this much better although if that rock was just off to aside a bit I might, or might not like it better!

Wonderfully exposed. The sky and mountains look great. Also the reflection is lovely. I am not a fan of the positioning of the rock however. I feel like I would probably prefer no rock at all. Also the horizon is a bit too centered to the frame for my taste as well.

I like your other shot better; the rock being in the middle kind of takes interest away from the pic for my taste...
