on the side, i think it would be cool to pursue the "rusty blue" color/texture combination that was in the original. it's an unlikely combination, maybe try making something else out of it.

ya- in your first post, i suggested the second crop. i was wrong- that cropline kills the three-dimensionality; the original is much better.
you have definitely improved it with the newest tweaks.
