Resubmitting from a couple of months ago

I posted this photo a couple of months ago and it was really horrible. I have sense been messing with it again; trying new things. This is my newest version. Let me know what ya'll think this time:

Very angelic, but the lips seem almost too defined, as if the baby were wearing lipstick. The eyes look really great though; very deep and intense
