My daughter riding nevell at her lessons today.

Good shot, nice composition and exposure. I would touch up the shutter for the horses' front left foot, It's a small bit blurred. Everything else is great!

I thought about it but it gives the horse a sense of movement and that it's not just standing still.

Great shot!!! The only thing I notice is that I can't really see the girls face.

Oh, and... Heels down-thumbs up, girl!!! lol
