Overcooked HDR, IMO

Crazy! The first one looks like a drawing. Definitely a strong aesthetic, here. It's not traditional photography, but it's a clear vision, that's for sure.

The second one seems much weaker to me. The clouds are a mess, and the image can't make up its mind whether it wants to look like a traditional photograph, or something else. You have technical problems in it, and there's a real lack of artistic clarity.

I like the second image better but still too over processed but that is just me. Your first image is interesting but looks too much like a animation cell to me and less like photography

The clouds and the tree are ruining the second shot. I'd crop it down to just focus on the archway path.
