My best friend and his wife commissioned me on a impromptu Christmas Card shoot. Here are a couple of their favorites from the session:

What? No replies? OK... I'll go.

I do like the first image. I suggest: 1) A bit more off the top, so the top of the hedge does not show. 2) Do a bit of general retouch to lighten the shadows under the eyes, and 3) add a bit of vignette. Just some suggestions.

The second image is cut perfectly in half by the horizon line formed by the top of the hedgerow. So I favor the first image, even without Christmas props.

These are nice.
like the backgrounds and they add to the xmas feeling.

I agree - I would crop the first one so the top of the hedge doesn't show
