I think the shot would be better if that house wasn't on the horizon, but there isn't much you can do about that. I might lower the saturation a little bit or warm up the tones to give a more rustic feel to the shot. But I still like the shot, good composition and exposure. Nice shot.

I feel the real subject here is the hay. I got that from the title. With that in mind, this image would benefit from more interesting light on the subject. I suggest a shot when the sun is lower in the sky, providing shape and texture with shadows.

Working with this image, consider a boost of contrast on the foreground and some sharpening.
